Petri gets on at Miami

Former University of Kentucky defensive line coach Rick Petri has been hired for the same position at the University of Miami, the Miami Herald reported on Wednesday night. Petri and offensive line coach Jimmy Heggins were not retained by new UK coach Joker Phillips. Petri coached the Miami defensive line from 1993-95.
